Body Fitness by Aris is designed to assist you in reaching your health and fitness goals. As a personal trainer we will empower you to reach your personal fitness goals through proper exercise instructions and personal motivation, whether one-on-one, as a couple or as a small group. You can choose to train at a gym, in your home, outdoors, in a pool or with others, such as at boot camp.

As a Health Coach we will develop a weight-management program that brings together the three critical components of long-term weight management success: proper eating habits, exercise and lifestyle change. This will include a Grocery Education Session and a Kitchen Education Session.
During our Grocery Education Session we will tour the aisles of your grocery store to teach you healthier choices when shopping; from ingredients to buy, to cooking methods, to portion sizes.
During our Kitchen Education Session we will review if your kitchen is properly stocked with healthy foods and how to increase fruit and vegetable consumption. We will replace foods high in sugar, salt and saturated fats with healthier alternatives and will show you how to cook a healthy meal for the week in less than an hour so you can get the body you strive for.
From convenient in home personal training sessions to guidance on proper foods, wellness and lifestyle habits, Body Fitness by Aris will provide you with the necessary tools to change your body and your life. We strive to be your choice when it comes to getting results the healthy way.
